What better time than now to Cultivate Peace? With all that is happening throughout not just the nation, but the world, I can think of no better endeavor.

Be The Peace
Often we may feel powerless to positively influence all that is happening around us. In order to cope, we sometimes choose not to focus on certain events. No judgment. We all do what we must for our own serenity. However we can actually strive to first Be the Peace we want to see reflected back to us. Let’s examine how.
Meditation/Prayer
There is no one way to do this, but if you need an idea, Melanie Beckler of Ask-Angels.com has a free beautiful Prayer for Peace Meditation video on YouTube which includes the transcript of the prayer in the Description. The suggestion is to do this daily to foster peace within ourselves and in turn our home, community, nation and the planet.
Qigong
If moving meditation is your preference, YOQI’s Marisa Cranfill created a free Qigong Flow for World Peace on YouTube. Among other movements in this flow, Marisa combines Spinal Cord Breathing with the Six Healing Sounds to release negative emotions tied to specific organs. Further, we each get to create our own Rainbow of Peace to share with the world.
Peace Coloring Pages
I created Coloring Pages on numerous themes, including *Peace as a creative way to relax while relieving stress and anxiety. The set comes with 3 different pages each representing a phase: Welcome Peace, Embrace Peace, and Integrate Peace. The phases are an acknowledgement that sometimes we first need to Welcome a trait before we are ready to Embrace it. Once we’ve fully embraced it, over time, we may then become ready to Integrate it into our lives. Color the pages using whatever colors you like, or consider using colors that represent peace.
Wear The Peace
Recently I experienced a significant moment of synchronicity with a woman who purchased the physical version of my *Peace Coloring Pages . She was wearing this awesome Peace sweatshirt that she’d gotten from Wear The Peace. While I can’t locate the exact sweatshirt she had, please check out the site – and know that this link (nor any link without an asterisk) is NOT an affiliate link.
Conclusion
That’s it. I hope one or more of these ideas to Cultivate Peace benefits you or yours. Collectively we can make a difference. Let me know in the comments if you try any of these ideas, or even better, if you have other tips or suggestions for cultivating peace. For my part, I will definitely do some combination of the Prayer for Peace Meditation, the Qigong Flow for World Peace, and the *Peace Coloring Pages regularly – especially over the next few weeks. Will you join me?
Hey Vera, I really appreciate your creativity. We can only give what we have. When we are peaceful, we release peace. Real peace comes from God. John 14:27. Praise and thanksgiving will activate His peace. Thank you for sharing such needful information. ❤️
