A Few of My Favorite Things!

Welcome to Vera’s Faves… my blog about my favorite things. In the past I have sent emails to friends and family sharing this or that tidbit. After much procrastinating I decided to create a blog to make sharing easier.

In case you can’t tell from the post title (and the opening lyrics excerpt) The Sound of Music with Julie Andrews is one of my favorite films. I once attended a “Sound of Music” movie night at a friend’s house, and we all competed to see who knew the most songs. This was within the last couple of years! I know, I know. I’m a party animal! 😀

Anyhow…on a regular basis I will share my favorite places, recipes, movies, books, trips, music, etc. Who cares? Good question! We shall see. Stay tuned!
